If on our 2 weeks free trial for SyncApps we sync 100 records, 1 CRM Campaign, Marketing List or Tearsheet, including 1 NetSuite Saved Search each time you run a Sync Profile.

Now, if you like please select a different CRM Campaign, Marketing List or Tearsheet, NetSuite Saved Search to grab new records within the 100 set record limit to test out.

We limit our records sync so that you can test with complete confidence that you are not going to mess with your CRM or system of record data as in our Paid plans you can sync unlimited records on each scheduled sync or on demand.

We also allow unlimited Campaigns to sync every 24 hours on paid plans.  If you're needing Campaigns to sync more often than every day please use our Enterprise plans which can sync Campaigns every time you sync.

Be sure to also check the below when using any Email Marketing platform to sync data:

  • Only contacts and leads with valid email addresses will be synced.
  • Also if two or more contacts or leads have the same email address, then only one contact or lead will be synced for that email address.
  • Role addresses, group addresses, and aliases email addresses are excluded in the sync.
    Examples: abuse@, admin@, serviceadmin@, all@, everyone@, ftp@, sales@, marketing@,, etc.
  • Any Contact that is opted out in your CRM is excluded on any sync (in Zoho CRM and NetSuite)
  • Contacts that have Do Not Allow, donotbulkmail set to true are excluded on each sync (in Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
What does this "Reset Sync Process" button in my Sync Profile page do?

SyncApps always tries to sync only modified data between your software applications. This method is a best practice rather than trying to sync all data each time you run your SyncApps.

Let's face it sometimes the APIs of different software apps go down so you might not have your marketing Lists populated in time or you need to true up your CRM to your Marketing Automation solution.

If all of your data needs to be re-synced, at any time, please click on the "Reset Sync Process" button and during the next sync process all your data between your software applications will sync.

*Please note - you will not lose your previous settings in your Sync Profile.

How do I find my Sync Profile ID or URL?

To find your Sync Profile ID or URL please press the link to a Sync Profile on your dashboard. The Sync Profile ID is located right underneath the Summary and the URL is in the browser next to the "lock" icon.

SyncApps Server IP Addresses for Trusted IPs and Firewall white-list

If you have on-premise software such as SugarCRM On-Premise, Dynamics CRM with firewall configured please add the following IP addresses to your firewall white-list so SyncApps servers can connect to your applications:  


The above IP addresses also need to be added to the trusted list if you use Salesforce trusted IPs, NetSuite IP address restriction or other IP address based restriction rules.  

NetSuite Error Example

Error on sync: Invalid login. IP Address does not match any of the IP Address rules specified for this entity. (Error code: USER_ERROR)

Salesforce Specific Error Issues

Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out. Are you at a new location? When accessing Salesforce--either via a desktop client or the API--from outside of your company’s trusted networks, you must add a security token to your password to log in. To receive a new security token, log in to at and click Setup | My Personal Information | Reset Security Token. (Error code: LOGIN_MUST_USE_SECURITY_TOKEN)]

Error 400 : Your merge fields were invalid

The error above occurs when the required field in your CRM is blank when synced to MailChimp.

How to fix?

Option 1: Fill up the required field in CRM then Reset Sync Process and Resync.

Option 2: Make the field as "not required" so that the error will not appear in MailChimp.

Syncing Campaigns from your Email Marketing Automation to CRM

Syncing existing Campaigns from your Email Marketing Automation software such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, Act-On or Vertical Response to created or existing CRM Campaigns is not a feature of SyncApps.

CRM Campaigns need to be created first in CRM to sync with your Marketing Automation Software as Lists, Groups or Segments.  After that, any email Campaign sent to these Lists, Groups or Segments will create a CRM Campaign of the same name as the email and track all the Campaign metrics from your Marketing Automation Software back to the CRM Campaign.

Please also note that CRM record data is synced from your Email Marketing Automation only if the email address doesn't exist in CRM at the time of syncing.
